The Purpose:
- To ensure peace of mind and quality with each piece of equipment purchased from the Flex Fight Store.
What it covers:
- Rips or tears that may occur in the leather or materials used to manufacture Flex Fight Gear training equipment. Within 60 days of the purchase date on receipt from flexfightstore.com .
- unraveling or breaks in the stitching of Flex Fight Gear training equipment. Within 60 days of the purchase date on receipt from flexfightstore.com .
- Any deformation that may occur in the padding used to manufacture Flex Fight Gear training equipment. Within 60 days of the purchase date on the receipt from flexfightstore.com .
How to Claim:
    - Take a picture of the piece of equipment that shows the damage regarding your claim, please ensure the picture is legible, and includes the entire piece of equipment.
- Compose an email with a brief description of the damage, include the picture following the rules stated above and your receipt from the flexfightstore.
- Submit the email to ffg@flexfightstore.com for review.
 * The FFG team may ask for more information regarding the claim or a different picture if not legible.
